Flatmate wanted to share large 3 bedroom home (garage plus off street parking) with 62 yr old female teacher a dog and a cat. Extra large (bigger than double) sunny unfinished bedroom. Must be quiet and mutually respectful of each other’s need for own space. Rent $350 pw single or $450 pw couple includes power, water, internet, lawns and household staples but buy own food. Bond 2 weeks rent plus one week in advance rent to be paid weekly and on time from then on. Available now. Papatoetoe/Mangere east location. Message me if interested.
