Yoga & Meditation
This class combines the practice of Yoga exercises and simple meditation techniques. It will give you a meditation routine you can use as part of your practice at home. The course covers the foundations you need for an ongoing yoga practice as well as plenty of time for guided relaxation & meditation. Loosening your body, the joints, and your mind, the exercises are designed for the complete balance and awakening of energy in body, mind and soul. A wonderful course for those looking to deepen their practical experience of yoga & meditation.
