Local bookkeeper required

I am looking for a bookkeeper who lives locally to St Heliers where I run my Naturopathy Clinic. Applicant must have good knowledge of the MYOB accounting system and be able to start around January 12th. My previous bookkeeper spent approximately 14 hours per month. Hourly rate is $35 per hour. Work required Includes:

1. Matching up client payments each week to invoices generated
2. At the end of each month chasing up those that have not paid
3. Accounts Payable invoices to be loaded when to hand.
4. Accounts Payable invoices to be put behind the scenes in MYOB so it can be traced
5. Dealing with any missing monthly invoices that show on statement of supplier but not on MYOB
6. Doing Bank feeds and bank register daily or in a timely manner

7. Doing GST reports every 6 months and sending to IRD
8. Liaising with Accounting firm with year-end accounts plus any queries they may have and doing any corrections needed.
