Spring has sprung !
A new month , a new season ! May the onset of spring bring you hope of new beginnings in your life . As we bid goodbye to winter, may we be able to close the door on anything that has caused us hopelessness or despair.
We do know though that life doesnt always work out as we intended so if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed at any point please reach out , I am here to chat with you.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
