PT Open Day - Les Mills Newmarket Saturday 30th September
Newmarket Les Mills is having a PT Open Day THIS Saturday! 269 Khyber Pass Road 9am - 3pm. Free entry to visit the club, you can attend there one-off PT group classes / workshops.
I will be running two workshops: Animal flow inspired warm up 1:15pm Studio 1 (with another PT Ellie Harris) & Lower Body Strength Technique session 2pm Studio 1. Timetable is attached
I will also be offering a free trial PT session to anyone who reaches out to me on the day or who contacts me and mentions this post :)
