Flatmate wanted - near Morningside, Eden Park, Kingsland

Diana from Sandringham

Warm, cosy, characterful double room in lovely spacious villa. $275/wk plus usual bills.
High ceilings, polished wooden floors, and, unusually for Auckland, Gas Central Heating! With Gigabit fibre, a media server in house and all the kitchen equipment you could need, all you will need is furnishings for your room.
Myself and Mike (the other housemate) are looking for someone who wants a home to live in and is reliable and friendly.
The house is very large with a good balance of private/social space. We also have a spare bedroom for weekend or overnight visitors, a sunny back porch, big garden and space to store a bike in the garage. Two outdoor parks available on first come basis and plenty of on street parking.
We also have two shy, but very lovely and perfectly house-trained cats.
If you are interested in meeting us, please send a message with a little bit about yourself and we'll get in touch to organise a meetup.
Smokers OK (smoking outside only)

Price: $275

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
