Whakatāne District Council plans to crack down on residents recycling mistakes with a "three-strikes" rule - contaminate your bin three times and you could lose it for three months.
The goal? Less landfill, more proper recycling.

Birthday celebration
Asking in behalf does anyone know any place that may have a free space or cheap space to hire for a birthday? Preferably around 50-70 ish people including adults and children. No alcohol, just food and good company. Needing it for this saturday.
