Mediterranean Lunch by Advanced chefs

New Zealand School of Food & Wine

Here is the three course Mediterranean luncheon with the menu designed and costed by each to incorporate fresh bold flavours. Their guest and also sat down and ate with them.

The first dish is a entreé prepared by Pani - Mini salad with olive oil, mints and garlic. The second dish is a main by Naoko - Snapper with fresh ciabatta and the dessert is a Greek bougatsa with pickled strawberries by Claudia.
