OPEN ART DAY - Corban Estate Arts Centre

Come along and enjoy this wonderful art filled day with so much to offer to all ages. Have a go in a number of activities. 20 onsite artists who will open their studios to the public, alongside exhibitions, free hands-on workshops, live performances, studio tours, artists’ talks and a live graffiti jam! Waitakere Central Community Arts Council will also be in full swing, so pop in and see what we do!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
