Looking for a small room/garage
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a small garage/room/outhouse in Takapuna or Davenport to house some electrical equipment. It should have a separate entrance and be secure. Most of all it should be clean and have no insulation challenges. Hoping for a peppercorn rate but can consider something meaningful down the line.
Please message me if you have any suggestions too.
