4 bedrooms house just 5 minutes drive from the heart of Takapuna or Devenport , 8 minutes to takapuna beach, close to Takapuna Grammar school, nice and quiet environment and neighborhood.
Have direct bus to Auckland City central, close to motorway access.
Current flatmates are one male, two females, working professionals, we are looking for tidy, respectful and responsible flatmate.
Move in costs are 3 weeks bond, 1 week rent in advance.
Can be short term or long term.
