SING FOR JOY! DEVONPORT, THURSDAY EVENINGS 7:30PM
Village Song is an open to all choir with around 35 members. We sing a wide range of styles and the emphasis is on singing together is a group for the joy of it. All are welcome. We meet in St Leo’s school hall, Albert Rd, at 7:30 on Thursdays. Term starts on Thursday 18th October and that evening is free for newcomers. More detail at www.singforjoy.org.nz...
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
