We were super excited to be called in to sell 203 Fisher Parade, Farm Cove and we are equally excited to announce this property is SOLD.
We had a fantastic response to the marketing resulting in over 50 physical buyer inspections, multiple buyer revisits, building inspections and multiple offers for our vendors consideration. This property was conditionally sold with two offers and others waiting to make an offer if the first two didn't work out.
