Seasons for Growth After School Group For Children (we are hoping to get a few more 10-13 year olds)
Grief and Loss Support Services - Children Group Starting Wednesday 15th May
Time to enroll for Seasons for Growth, an educative peer support programme for children and young people experiencing loss and grief, perhaps through a bereavement, separation or other major change. It will run for 6 weeks every Wednesday afternoon from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, starting 15th May at the community rooms, Howick. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
