CHAKRA-BALANCING YIN & RELAXATION | SAT 29 APRIL | GREY LYNN

Kara from Yoga Ground, Grey Lynn

Join Dani Affleck this Saturday 2-4pm at Yoga Ground in Grey Lynn for a two-hour yin and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) journey to help unblock energetic pathways and restore overall balance to your mind-body system.

Working from the root chakra up to the crown, each yin posture will align with each energy centre. We will combine mantra, chanting, and sound vibration to help stimulate the flow of energy to these centres, followed by yoga nidra for deep rest and integration.

The floor based poses and guided meditation will help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and more in alignment with your best self.

All welcome! No experience is needed, no equipment is needed.

Hey Pakeha - are you gonna let Seymour talk for you

Sarnia from Auckland Central

Govt is elected to
1) provide goods and services that one person can not on their own. Eg Hospitals / Police. Govt is not to change our Agreement / History Treaty of Waitangi because some minor party of a coalition (wannabe control freak) says so.
2) Wrong Chris needs to do (at the first bill reading, not second) what the people want, not what Seymour wants!!!!!!!!!! Upsetting the apple cart Seymour v 52,000. Loser Seymour!!!!!!!!

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
