A lovely recommendation for my mindfulness course
Hi Neighbours, I was really happy to hear a review from someone who did my mindfulness course last term.
Nicky Foreman, an artist living locally, wrote that she had previously struggled to develop a regular meditation habit, and: "Eve has been a wonderful practitioner of the MBSR programme... I have learnt many valuable tools and have felt wonderfully supported by her gentle but thorough teaching. I have already recommended this course to several friends"
