Working to raise money for U19 Baseball Nationals
My 17 year old boy is looking for work to raise money to pay for his trip to Christchurch is March to play in the Under 19 Baseball Nationals. He is strong, fit and capable and is happy to do most manual jobs - mowing lawns, waterblasting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, general clean up work, fence painting etc. If you have any jobs you would like him to take a look at, please let me know as he has to raise $500 for flights and accommodation. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

Highwic Pop-up Christmas Shop
