Poll: Do you support Auckland Council's bid to ban fireworks?
Hi neighbours, banning the sale and private use of fireworks has been voted on at the Local Government New Zealand annual general meeting. Councillor Cathy Casey says the vote adopted a remit presented by Auckland Council by a 64 per cent vote. Casey said fireworks caused harm and distress to people and animals, and she hoped central government would get involved. What do you think?

Poll: Should employees be able to work from home?
At the post-Cabinet press conference, the National Party asserted they want public sector staff to return to the office. This has opened a conversation about other sectors in New Zealand who have adopted working from home (WFH).
