Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Dennisa Davidson will discuss the different forms of learning such as sensory, emotional, behavioural and academic learning, linking it with the stages of brain development and current brain function.

The solution might be in your mattress. There are several red flags to check for to determine whether your mattress is to fault. The first indicator is when you have a backache. If you have back discomfort when you first wake up, but you can stretch it away in 15-30 minutes, your mattress is doing more damage than good.
Also, if you find yourself waking up more frequently or tossing and turning in bed, this should be another red flag. Even if you do not suffer from back problems, you should change your mattress every eight to ten years for a healthier lifestyle and better sleep quality.
It’s everyone’s favourite October holiday. That time of year when you decorate your home with spiders and dress up in costumes. Have a spookylicious night!
