Greenhithe Mainly Music Leader needed
This is a part time volunteer opportunity of 2-3 hours per week on Monday mornings during school term times, and a few hours preparation work during school holidays.
Mainly Music in Greenhithe has been going strong for several years, and is run by a team of volunteers from our local churches. It provides a morning of fun and connection for parents and their caregivers to enjoy with their young child.
The role involves:
- Preparing a programme once a term (powerpoints and music)
- Leading 30 minutes of singing, dancing and rhymes once a week
- Coordinating a team of 3 or 4 (very experienced) volunteers
- Connecting with parents and primary care-givers and their children.
- Celebrating Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day with a special session.
- Set up and pack up for the weekly session
