Lidia from Lidia Fraser Fitness Coaching

Hey!

I'm Lidia, a passionate gym-goer, health enthusiast, and qualified PT, offering fitness coaching services online and in-person in both English and Serbo-Croatian.

My love for health & fitness is something I am eager to share to help others build confidence and improve their health in and out of a fitness environment. My fitness journey has been extremely conducive to success in so many aspects of my life from developing independence to study & work ethic habits. Although bodybuilding is my forte and passion, my qualification allows me to assist in the paths of sports and cardiorespiratory fitness too. Whatever your goal is, I will work hard to find you the best solution and be your biggest supporter.

Currently I offer nutrition, training, and challenge plans, ranging from ongoing lifestyle health & fitness assistance to exciting challenges such as for Strength Building and Fat Loss. In November I will be commencing personal training at Les Mills Newmarket as well as offering at home or outdoor personal training.

Whatever fitness goal is in your sights, I will be here to educate and push you to conquer your goals. Check out more of what I offer via my website!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
