Self Care Sundays #1 - Gratitude Journaling

Talia Scarborough from The New Think

Kia ora Neighbours!

Alright here we go - I know most of us are probably feeling pretty screen-saturated by now so why not grab a pen and paper and let's do some gratitude journaling!

This is part of my ✨Self Care Sundays✨ series: I will be exploring a new self care practice every Sunday; giving you some new & old ideas for tailoring your self care to suit you. It's FREE and all about encouraging preventative self care to avoid burnout.
Remember, as with everything, take what works for you and leave the rest 🔸🔶

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
