Wentworth Computer Science College - the innovative, new, private secondary school with a focus on STEM and digital technologies has two upcoming open days that we'd like to let everyone know about. Come along on either Saturday 11th July or Saturday 25th July to see what we are all about. We are accepting enrolments for Years 9 & 10 for terms 3 and 4 in 2020 and then Years 9-11 in 2021. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
