Let's exercise like it's April 2020
Lockdown highlighted for me the mental and physical benefits of exercise. I'm hoping I remember the lesson and continue to prioritise staying physically active as life fills up again.
I mainly potter around behind the scenes at Dance Domain, but Alert Level 3 saw me brush the dust of my ballet gear and dance in our live-streamed classes 5 days a week (ouch!).
The goal for the rest of 2020? Keep the dust off the leotards. Keep dancing. Keep happy and healthy and fit.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
