Looking for a neat and tidy - single working professional to share a two bedroom renovated unit.

One bedroom available on rent for $220 (can be negotiated) including water, gas and unlimited fibre internet. (Couples are negotiable however the rent varies - can be discussed)


This room has inbuilt wardrobe, Big window to bring ventilation to your room throughout the day. Included - washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave and other utensils if needed. We have heaps of storage space, so if you got more than few bags you can easily store.


This house is located on a prime location.

1 - Bus stop for city is just outside the house. 10-12 min to city

2 - BP gas station on the opposite side of the road.

3 - Count down,City fitness Gym, Domino's pizza, Diary, Restaurant, Takeaways - all are just less than a km away from home, so you can go for evening walk and get refreshed.

4 - Off street parking, can use my car-park if needed.

5 - Access to motorway for City or Albany is just 5 to 7 min drive.

Brand new Queen size bed is available with mattress. so you just need your bags and move in.
