Applicant screening (Veda Credit check and previous rental references where required)
One credit check is free per tenancy.
Any additional credit check is $29+GST
Consultation with Owner regarding applicants, sharing our feedback over the perspective applicants and final tenant selection
Without owner’s email approval, we do not sign tenancy documents
Collection of all move in costs and pay owner first weeks rent on behalf of tenant
Completion of necessary tenancy related paperwork (inc. bond lodgement) and issuing tenant with owner’s bank account information in order to make weekly rent payments
Standard move in costs for tenants = 3 to 4 weeks bond, 1 weeks rent, letting fee ( equal to 1 weeks rent plus GST)
We provide a Status Inspection form for you to complete at the beginning and end of the tenancy giving you a much stronger position if a dispute arises.
Additional services:
Provision of an Ingoing Inspection report prior to your tenant moving into the property which we believe is essential for landlords. Cost on request. This can be very useful for you when conducting your routine inspections and whenever the tenant vacates the property.
We guarantee to find you a suitable tenant provided you are prepared to accept a fair market rental.
