This kitchen was purchased from the SpazioCasa showroom in Newmarket, Auckland as an ex-display kitchen. It was removed by a qualified kitchen fitter and transported to a warehouse in Penrose by professional movers where it has remained for the last couple of months. We were intending to build a house and purchased this kitchen as the focal point of our design. However our plans have changed and we unfortunately can no longer accommodate this beautiful kitchen. We are very sad to sell it as it is an amazing kitchen.

The kitchen plans are attached, as well as photos of the kitchen installed in the showroom, and photos of the kitchen within the warehouse. The kitchen includes the following:
-342 wide full height end cupboard
-600 wide full height integrated fridge freezer cupboard (fridge freezer not included)
-600 wide full height integrated double oven cupboard (ovens not included)
-600 wide half-height cupboard
-1100 wide half-height corner cupboard
-600 wide integrated dishwasher door (dishwasher not included)
-2 x 900 wide drawers beneath double stainless steel sinks with extendable tap and 900m wide gas hob (sinks, tap and gas hob included)
-600 wide half-height drawers
-600 wide half-height cupboard (beneath steel bar top)
-337 wide half-height end cupboard
-c1350 diameter rotating circular unit containing 4 cupboards with stainless steel worktop and 1800 long stainless steel bar top
-4 x 600 wide overhead cupboards
-2 x 450 wide overhead cupboards
-660 wide corner overhead cupboard
-337 wide overhead end cupboard
-900 wide overhead cupboard
-900 wide overhead cupboard containing integrated extractor fan
-Overhead cupboards are lit (wiring included and needs an electrician to fit)
-Worktops split between stainless steel and white acrylic stone
-Kitchen finish is off-white / cream high gloss with some walnut finish overhead cupboards (see photos)
-Splash backs are steel behind sink/hob and a walnut finish for the rest of surfaces (we would describe as walnut – please see pictures)
-Accessories include 2 x drawers with cutlery inserts, 2 x stainless steel rubbish bin inserts, salt / pepper / herb pots and steel glad wrap holder
-All unit feet / kickboards and handles included


The kitchen is available for viewing by appointment in Penrose, Auckland and viewing is highly recommended. The kitchen is not currently installed but is carefully laid out under plastic sheeting so prospective buyers can easily view it. We were present during the moving of the kitchen and inspected the units to ensure there was no damage to the front facing parts of the kitchen.


The purchaser will need to collect the kitchen within 7 days of the auction end, and we recommend bringing some extra packaging with you to protect units for travel. This is however purely the responsibility of the purchaser. Installation is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
