Apparently, anyone now who has got Plasterboard or Stuck O houses, if you want to sell your house, the banks won't let you sell your house because of the Plasterboard or Stuck O that is around and outside of your house. Not sure if this is New Zealand issue or maybe just Auckland, not sure on the exact details though.
The picture here is just an example of what a plasterboard or Stuck O is like.
Matt
Has anyone got further ideas or more in detail about Plasterboard houses and why banks can't sell with this material?

Hollandaise
2 Egg yolks
100 g Butter - clarified
1 tbsp Vinegar
Pinch Salt
Broad beans
Peas
Pea feathers
Foam
2 Shallots
100 ml White Wine
600 ml Chicken Stock
150 gr Peas
Bean pods
125 gr Butter per 500 ml liquid.
Process
Filling - Fish
Mix oyster, shallot, chives, mayo and zest. Put into pipping bag. Portion the fish into 90 gm pieces, preferably triangles. Cut a pocket into the pieces and fill with the oyster mix.
Hollandaise
Wisp a sabayon in a bain-marie with yolk, vinegar and salt. Add butter little by little while whipping. Season at the end.
Beans
Break the beans out of the pods by pushing it through the shell. Blanch the beans for 10 seconds and squeeze the inner bean out of the skin.
Foam
Sautee shallot in a large based pot. Deglaze with the wine, then add stock. Bring it to boil and add the peas and bean pods. Cook for 2 mins and strain. Spread the green stuff on the tray and cool it down. When cold, blend it all. Strain and season. Add 125 g butter per 500 ml.
At Service
Bake the fish at 80 degrees for 16 minutes.
Add the beans and peas to the hollandaise with a bit of fine cut chives.
Spoon the hollandaise in the base on a large serving bowl.
Put the fish on top and garnish with pea feathers.

Hi Neighbours, Auckland Transport has brought in most of the 700 speed limits cuts it had proposed in rural and city and town centres. A new survey shows strong public support for the safety move. Do you back it ? Read the article below.

***A massive fire has broken out at the SkyCity convention centre in Auckland's central business district.
***Smoke can currently be seen billowing from the centre, blocking weather cams and blowing across the wider city.
*** We understand the fire was started by a blow torch. However, this has not been confirmed.
***Witness reports suggest the fire has not yet been controlled but more than 20 firetrucks are at the scene, including one brought in from Hamilton.
***A SkyCity spokesperson says a crisis meeting is underway. The company's first priority was ensuring the safety of workers, something reiterated by Fletcher Building, which is constructing the centre.
***Auckland Transport is stressing that people should avoid the area. Multiple roads around the scene have been closed.

It's revolting, callous landlords like this person who make it terribly difficult for the excellent landlords that are out there.
Everything this woman did was illegal according to the Tenancy Tribunal and the Residential Tenancies Act.
This following part implies that she hasn't been paying tax on any of her rentals.
"When Li asked for a written agreement, Robb said if they signed one she would need to pay tax and the rent would increase by 15 per cent, the tribunal found."
So, I think a visit from the I.R.D. for a full audit is well overdue.
Also, "I'm not bad, I'm good. I want to do good things for this country. These Chinese students know the law, in a cheeky way, they go to the Tenancy Tribunal."
Oh, so the tenants are the bad ones? You want to do good things for this country yet you are avoiding paying your taxes!!!!
Where she blames the tenants for asking for a verbal contract, rather than a written one, what a load of balderdash!! If she knows the law like she thinks she does, she would know what is required of her as a landlord.
What did she do with the bond payments I wonder?
As she is known to the tenancy tribunal, I really do believe that she along with any of her family memebrs who are helping her run this renting business, need to be thoroughly investigated by all of the appropriate departments, starting with the I.R.D.!
