Our units are Secure & dry with state of the art security & CCTV so you know your possessions are safe and well looked after. Decluttering makes you feel so much better about your home & makes your home look amazing when selling. An empty garage with room for a car or 2 really & uncluttered rooms and cupboards makes your home look so much larger, tidier & more attractive to buyers. Time to start packing the winter items you don't use for 6 months and put them somewhere safe...

Another happy storer.....

Thank you Forrest Hill Self Storage - Your facility was excellent!
My wife & I spent a few evenings clearing out our house to go on the market & a number of car loads up to your place at all hours. Was so convenient coming & going when it suited us as we both work long hours. The agents were amazed with how much larger our house looked AND we got 2 cars into our garage (Haven't done that for years!!). Our agent feels we obtained $$$$ more for our sale due to the presentation and de-cluttering. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone else putting their house on the market & would definitely be keeping a unit from you if we weren't moving out of Auckland. Thanks, Gary. Sunnynook.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
