Short term Private upstairs large en-suite with a feel of living in a mini resort, viewing the sea is for rent short term the next 4 months (minimum stay from 4 nights to 4 month)
The en-suite have two private balconies turning out to sea view to Rangitoto island and the other balcony in to the pool and tropical landscape garden.
Very comfortable Queen bed, Office space, mini lounge, separate toilet and bathroom. There room also have a Fridge/freezer/coffee maker and TV/Netflix and free internet.
Rest of the house have heaps of space to share including Kitchen, laundry, table tennis and the pool area with BBQ.
The sharing space:
The room is private, but share kitchen downstairs with three professional mature house guests who live down the other end of the house. Two nice guys and a women.
Downstairs do also have share dinning, lounge and living area with a fireplace, table tennis and heaps of outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and BBQ. All modern and perfect location close to the water, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. 10 min drive to Albany mall and 20 min to Auckland city.
$490 for more then 4 weeks stay + Internet, water and power $90. Extra person $100
$590 for 2-4 week stay + internet water and power $90. Extra person $100.
Day booking per night $180 per night (4 nights min). extra person $50

⚠️ DOGS DIE IN HOT CARS. If you love them, don't leave them. ⚠️
It's a message we share time and time again, and this year, we're calling on you to help us spread that message further.
Did you know that calls to SPCA about dogs left inside hot cars made up a whopping 11% of all welfare calls last summer? This is a completely preventable issue, and one which is causing hundreds of dogs (often loved pets) to suffer.
Here are some quick facts to share with the dog owners in your life:
👉 The temperature inside a car can heat to over 50°C in less than 15 minutes.
👉 Parking in the shade and cracking windows does little to help on a warm day. Dogs rely on panting to keep cool, which they can't do in a hot car.
👉 This puts dogs at a high risk of heatstroke - a serious condition for dogs, with a mortality rate between 39%-50%.
👉 It is an offence under the Animal Welfare Act to leave a dog in a hot vehicle if they are showing signs of heat stress. You can be fined, and prosecuted.

We encourage you to use these - and ask your local businesses to display the posters if they can. Flyers can be kept in your car and handed out as needed.
