So what is the perfect age for braces or orthodontics exactly?
One of the most common questions we get asked as a practice is "what is the perfect age for braces". The real answer is that there is no best age for braces. Every child or youth is different and therefore there is no one size fits all answer to this question. The pace of oral development differs individual to individual.
However, as a general rule, see us when they are 7 years old. By this time the first permanent teeth will have come through and we can get a pretty good idea as to what will need to be done during your orthodontic treatment program with us. What can we do to make you smile?
