At a tense meeting of the council's Environment and Community Committee meeting on August 14, current erosion and sediment controls in place at the contested WeitiBay development were defended. How should sediment pollution in Okura be addressed? Are current erosion and sediment controls satisfactory? Do you feel sedimentation from urban development is a region-wide problem?
