Rooms for rent at Epsom Villa from $200

Hello neighbours!
We have a few rooms that have opened up in Epsom. Relatively close to city, in 5 min to 1-2 stage bus routes or 45 min walk to the city.
The place is right next to Newmarket, 7 min walk.
Common kitchen space, washing areas (washing machine and dryer), 7 bathrooms, and good-sided furnished rooms (most go with sink and vanity in the room).
The current flatmates are all very well mannered and polite, ranging from young working adults and university students to mature professionals.
We are looking for young/mature adults, who are tidy and considerate. It is absolutely imperative that anyone interested is well mannered and considerate, as we do have house rules, and a simple roster system happening with menial jobs.
We have professional cleaners coming every week to take care of the common areas.
The cost is from $200 to $230 depending on the size of the room, which INCLUDES power, water, and internet. Bond is 1 week. Street parking is available.
