For many people, after a period of acute stress, the “alarm” system in body and mind stays on alert, creating chronic ongoing harmful stress. As the gold-standard in mindfulness training, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is proven to reduce stress levels. My last course of 2020 starts on Monday in Remuera. Go around and open and close all your windows. Open them fully to the stops and make sure they move freely and seal completely at the top and bottom. If they are stiff, a spray with any spray lube (except the red CRC) on all the pivot joints will help.
Note- if your windows are very stiff don’t force them or you could break them.
Any questions, send us a message!
Have a great day!
