Meditation Introductory
A four-part progressive course introducing the essentials of meditation and a wide canvas of differing methods to get you underway. The accent is on guided practice, with several progressive meditations each evening.
Guest teacher Jogyata spent many years under the guidance of the late Indian spiritual master Sri Chinmoy, and brings a wealth of practical experience, personal stories and insights to share. His w/shops are known for their encouragement, inspiration and simplicity.

Music in Eden: Award-winning New Zealand young pianist Yuzhang Wu is back on Friday 28 February with Free Live Music at the Mt Eden Village Centre (449 Mt Eden Rd) from 12 to 1pm!
Yuzhang will present a captivating programme of Handel, Mozart and Schumann. Yuzhang is a former student of Xing Wang at the Auckland Academy of Music, and is currently pursuing her piano studies in Germany.

Music in Eden: Ever-popular pianist Gemma Lee is back on Friday 21 February with Free Live Music at the Mt Eden Village Centre (449 Mt Eden Rd) from 12 to 1pm!
Gemma will play a medley of Bach, Mozart, Louis Gregh, and a handful of musical theatre tunes. Gemma is a collaborative pianist and music educator, with a Master of Music (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
