A rundown Herne Bay villa that has been in the same family for nearly 80 years has been sold for $8 million.

The new owner plans to restore the villa to its former glory.

In the same family since 1942, the villa sits on about 2200 square metres.

Help Needed: Identifying Caregiver Uniform

On the morning of December 2, 2024, at around 6:40 AM, a woman wearing a caregiver uniform entered my private property and stole.This marks the fourth incident since August this year.

I have decided I can no longer remain silent about these repeated intrusions.

I am reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying which aged care facility or organization this uniform might belong to.

Here are the details:

Time: December 2, 2024, at 6:40 AM

Location: Hampstead Road, Sandringham

Clothing: Caregiver uniform

Incident: Enter my private property to stolen.
