What to Expect During the Session:
โข First Half: Dr. Carlos Lam Yang from East Care Urgent Care Medical Centre will discuss all things physical wellbeing โ from senior fitness to maintaining muscle strength.
โข Second Half: Virtual Village East volunteers will share their experiences with physical wellbeing initiatives.
