iRest TM (yoga nidra meditation) course begins 4th March

iRest is a type of mindfulness meditation that has been developed by Dr. Richard Miller, a clinical psychologist. It is an evidence-based system that incorporates traditional Eastern techniques with Western medical knowledge and neuro-psychology. It is safe and suitable for all including more advanced meditators.
iRest ( integrative restoration) will help you to
Develop your own personal resource to provide an inner sanctuary of equanimity and wellbeing. 
Explore your heart’s desire and life's purpose
Learn to be with difficult emotions and thoughts. 
Integrate unresolved issues and traumas that create suffering in your life.
