Next to Bus Stop, 5 mins to, Pak & Save and BP Petrol Station, close to Botany Junction and Botany Town Centre, Manukau Westfield, Indian, Asian Supermarket, 18 mins to Middlemore Hospital, 27 mins to Auckland CBD
This is a modern 3 bedroom house with 2 Bathroom and 3 toilets. It has a formal lounge, kitchen & dining room.
NO PETS, NO SMOKERS, NO GUESTS. NO PARTY.
