Yoga Beginners Course
Are you new to yoga and looking for a fun and relaxing way to start your journey? Join us for our Yoga Beginners Course! Our experienced instructor Angeli will guide you through the basics of yoga, helping you to develop your strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
The course starts on Thu Jul 20 2023 at 6.45pm and will be held at Nathan Homestead, 70 Hill Road, Auckland 2102 in the Theater Venue. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with like-minded individuals.
Don't worry if you've never done yoga before - this course is designed for beginners and we'll make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a positive attitude!
