A young family currently renting in Northcote Point are looking for a family home to purchase. A non negotiable on the specs checklist is that it is on a flat section, 700sm or larger.
From my records, I can see there are approximately 78 properties in the area, which match what they are after -
-700sm plus section
-Approx 200sm home
-3 / 4 bedrooms
-1 / 2 bathrooms
-or the ability to add
-Any style of build
-Budget upward of 2.4 mil
Streets of interest include Clarence, Vincent, Alma, Richmond, Rodney, Faulkner, Belle Vue, Bruce, some of Church Street, and the slip road side of Stafford.
