Builder: Building Reports. for Loans - Peace of Mind....

I can have a report to you within 24hrs of my site visit.
A comprehensive report covering all aspect of the structure and adjoining structures if required. I include photos to aid definitions and descriptions.
Also, door knobs loose, doors sticking, not closing. Like a New Front Door.
Kitchen cupboards giving you grief, drawers not sliding the way they should.

Letter Box bent, falling over, just plain not the way it should be.
Squeaky floor boards and stairs.
Water damaged floors, front/back door, kitchen, bathroom, laundry.
