Terrible NZ Post (non service)

Garth from Hillcrest

I am trying to follow up on a package picked up locally by NZ Post on 7/7 for delivery to me. Both sender and myself are on the Shore. The only update is " Package received by NZ Post" ( on 7/7). I am trying to find out why it has taken 11 days so far ( including weekends) to further update or deliver. Attempts to call are USELESS as they pigeonhole you and you cannot get to speak to a human. I also initiated an online inquiry to which I have not even received an acknowlegement . They have the now normal response "We are experiencing higher volumes..." from the COVID days. Why do all these organisations not employ more staff to handle this? They have a radio Ad claiming to be the best courier service for businesses. Maybe that is where all their efforts go. Very annoyed

Poll: Would you commute by public transport if it was free?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Using your car is convenient, except for finding parking.

Cycling lets you leave anytime, but you might arrive soaked.

So, neighbours, if public transport had the perk of being free, would it be your main way to commute?

Poll: Does grocery bagging affect where you shop?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

There's only a few differences between our larger chain supermarkets here in New Zealand. Having someone bag your groceries is one of them.

Does having your groceries packed for you at the checkout influence where you do your grocery shop? If so, tell us why.
