- a cushion if handy to sit on
- please arrive 5 to 10 min before 6pm to settle in

What is Meditation?

We are currently looking for two clients each who have been diagnosed with a chronic medical condition (e.g. asthma, psoriasis, irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis, PCOS, depression, anxiety etc.)
Clients will receive 8 FREE naturopathic consults and will be available on Wednesdays from July to November to attend these appointments.
