Super tenants looking for super landlord
Hi everyone
My mum and I have had five lovely years in a house on Spinella Drive with an awesome landlord + property manager.
Now we're hoping to have another long term relationship with a great landlord. We're both professionals who work in the city, though I work two days from home. We have two lovely senior rescue dogs. We take pet ownership seriously, so they're well trained and friendly, regularly groomed and sleep 90% of the time. They used to be outside dogs but they're getting old bones now and ideally we'd like a house where we can have them inside more often. We can provide references for their behaviour.
We take care of the house as if it is our own - we make sure the lawns and gardens are tidy (my mum is an amazing gardener), and spring clean the house top to bottom every 3-4 months including cleaning the carpet. We are looking for a long term arrangement as we want to feel at home and settled. If you or someone you know is looking for great tenants, please get in touch - maddy@splice.org.nz
Thanks!
