(Thanks to Ellen Melville Centre for the support)

Along with our usual outgoing advocacy work, CCRG are also looking for an engaged committee to assist our transition to a new way of doing things advocating for city centre residents, and getting funding in place for that.

At the AGM we will:

Receive and confirm the Minutes of the preceding AGM
Go through the Agenda
Receive the Chair's Report
Receive the Financial Report
Establish any annual subscription rates
Appoint an Auditor if so decided
Review our policy statements
Elect a Committee for the ensuing year comprising no less than five and up to ten CCRG Members
Consider any other business.
All are welcome to attend the AGM, but you need to be a Full or Student CCRG member living in the city centre boundaries, and attending in person to vote.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Hey Pakeha - are you gonna let Seymour talk for you

Sarnia from Auckland Central

Govt is elected to
1) provide goods and services that one person can not on their own. Eg Hospitals / Police. Govt is not to change our Agreement / History Treaty of Waitangi because some minor party of a coalition (wannabe control freak) says so.
2) Wrong Chris needs to do (at the first bill reading, not second) what the people want, not what Seymour wants!!!!!!!!!! Upsetting the apple cart Seymour v 52,000. Loser Seymour!!!!!!!!
