MetService has issued a heavy rain watch for the following:
Area: The ranges of Buller and Westland from Otira northwards.
Valid: 8 hours from 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday.
Forecast: A period of heavy rain. Rainfall accumulations may approach Warning criteria.
Area: The ranges of Westland south of Otira.
Valid: 8 hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday.
Forecast: A period of heavy rain. Rainfall accumulations may approach Warning criteria.
An update for severe weather will be issued by 10:00am Monday 23 Sep 2019.
