The First Christmas After You Lose Someone Is Hard

Hazel from Albany

The first Christmas after you have lost someone is very hard.
You will feel like not celebrating, but you may just go along with it for your children, or for the family. It will hurt. The presents not bought, the chair that now sits empty. The memories of past Christmases that seem to now take away the joy of the whole day. If you can, be thankful for those past Christmas days. You may even raise a smile between the tears. Over the next week leading up to Christmas, we will share some tips to help you get through this season
