We see and hear a lot of things from the market and people we work with, and on the most part its usually quite positive.

But recently we have had a raft of reports that suggest that we are in for some rough seas with our economy. Trade deficit double what was expected, tough housing market in Australia expected to be tougher, housing here softening significantly, and general job data fairly stagnant.

Therefore we think we are in for some impact from unexpected directions. Which suggests people need to be thinking about redundancy insurance in their plan, if a 3-6 month job loss is going to put you under pressure.

Softening Aussie markets mean less spending, which means less income for NZ, which impacts businesses here, and that flows through to jobs in ways most don't expect.

We’re already seeing movements, and we are starting to see more redundancies than we normally would.

Hi all businesses out there,

I am on the hunt for a new contract role.

I have a wealth of expertise and skill set to put my hand to most things and learn very quickly.

I work fast, but efficiently and I put a lot of passion and energy into everything I do.

I have a fully fledged home office and I can work remotely for any business in New Zealand.

It could be maternity cover or simply to fill a gap in the business.

I work well with others and get on easily with most people.

I do have my own current corporate database if that is useful to anyone.

I can successfully run, manage and measure websites, social media, LinkedIn, Google Adwords and analytics and so forth.

I can design, implement, target and measure email campaigns together with database acquisition and generation.

I know most CRM systems including Hub Spot, Infusionsoft, pipedrive, sales force and so forth.

It does not have to be 40 hours per week as im flexible around this.

If you have a role that will suit now or in the near future, please do let me know.

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards, Venessa

I can be contacted on this platform or at venessaminkley@gmail.com
