Banner has been rehomed - a huge thank you to all that volunteered a space in their home and lives for her. Her brother, Quantum is at Kitty Kingdom and will be available for rehoming once he as been healed of his trauma and becomes the lovely confident boy he should be. Kitty Kingdom are full up just now with cats from 2 weeks to 12 years old. Once we come out of isolation please consider contacting them on (021) 253 1842 where you can view available cats and kittens. During this time they will need support so please consider donating to them - Bank Account 020 852 0018091 02. They are a registered charity and donations over $5.00 are tax deductible. If you want a receipt put that in the payee reference along with your name so the payment can be receipted. You will then need to phone or text Karen and she will arrange for that to be sent to you. Plot: In this road movie, a father and son travel amid wedding preparations in the lead-up to Christmas in Nazareth.
A 2017 Palestinian drama film, it's directed, as well as written by, Annemarie Jacir. It was screened in the Contemporary World Cinema section at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival. It was selected as the Palestinian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 90th Academy Awards.
Wajib won 36 international awards including Best Film in Mar Del Plata, Dubai, Amiens, DC Film Festival, Kerala and the London BFI Festival.
